Order Processing & Delivery Policy
We strive to process and deliver your orders efficiently. Please read the following details carefully:
Order Processing Time
- Orders typically take up to 2 working days to process.
- Delivery usually takes 8–10 working days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided.
- During sale periods or promotions, processing may take longer than usual.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Tracking
- All orders are dispatched through Courier Service.
- A tracking number will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
- Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Please keep the exact cash ready for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, as the rider may not have change.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.
- Change of mind, dislike, or wrong selection by the customer will not be entertained.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- No returns on discounted or sale items.
- No returns for gift cards, personalized/custom jewelry, or final-sale promotions.
- Hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it at your expense. After approval, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
