Order Processing & Delivery Policy
We strive to process and deliver your orders efficiently. Please read the following details carefully:
Order Processing Time
- Orders typically take up to 2 working days to process.
- Delivery usually takes 8–10 working days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided.
- During sale periods or promotions, processing may take longer than usual.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Tracking
- All orders are dispatched through Courier Service.
- A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.
- Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Please keep the exact cash ready for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, as the rider may not have change.
Returns & Exchanges
- Customers will bear the shipping cost for exchanges.
- Parcels cannot be opened before payment unless instructed otherwise.

- We currently accept Credit/Debit Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD).
